We are looking for a new team member! 

  • development and continuous improvement of best practice production process within Bread/Sweet&Savoury product categories
  • searching and testing new or alternative process/equipment
  • support in design and start-up of new lines/equipment/processes
  • building the center of expertise
  • food Process Engineering or Food Technology: Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • deep understanding of the main processes and relevant equipment for the production of bread and sweet&savoury product categories (preferable) or other food matrixes
  • industrialized & operational experience (min 2 years), preferably in bread/sweet product categories processes or other food matrixes
  • strong problem solver (RCA methodologies)
  • project management skills
  • analytical capacity
  • solution-oriented thinking
  • technical skills
  • guide and motivate others through effective communication and relationships without formal authority
  • fluent English
  • willing to travel up to 40 - 60%
  • motivating salary commensurate with experience, skills and education
