We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Designer who will create inspiring & effective learning solutions & programs via the right combination of physical and digital formats. The main mandate is to develop end-to-end physical and digital learning solutions & programs (workshops, e-learning, webinars, working tools etc.) for the LLBG Academy and functional learning modules.

  • Design & Delivery: Create and manage engaging physical and digital learning programs, including workshops, e-learning, and webinars.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify learning needs and define outcomes with business stakeholders.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage AI and other tools to develop innovative learning materials.
  • Collaboration: Work with (international) stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
  • User Experience: Optimize the LMS for seamless engagement and detailed reporting.
  • Impact Measurement: Evaluate and refine learning solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship: Support colleagues in developing high-quality learning content.
  • Innovation: Keep programs current by integrating industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate learning, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing training programs for diverse employee groups across different cultures..
  • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and authoring tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PC/Software: Microsoft applications, Learning Technology (LMS/LXP), Rapid Authoring tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator, InDesign), Video Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
  • Experience with emerging trends for content creation (e.g., AI, gamification, AR/VR).
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written), Dutch proficiency is a plus.
