As Commercial Controller, you will be responsible for the follow-up and analysis of the results for our frozen division for Northern & Southern Europe, as well as for our JV companies.

  • You monitor and analyze the financial results of Northern & Southern Europe, focusing on marketing and sales through variance analysis (margin and overhead analysis), risk and opportunity monitoring, and P&L controlling (sales, costs, expenses, etc.) for our JV companies.
  • You come up with clear reports and recommendations based on you analyses.
  • You act as a true business partner for Sales Management and take full ownership of the entire P&L.
  • You coordinate the controlling, monthly and annual planning cycles, for the commercial teams in Northern & Southern Europe and for our 5 JV companies.
  • You report to the Controlling Director of the business unit.
  • You will be based in our office in Haaltert and have the opportunity to travel internationally.
  • You have a Master's degree in an economic field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have a strong analytical mind and can process large volumes of data while distinguishing key insights from details.
  • With your hands-on mentality, you are not afraid to challenge existing processes and continuously seek
  • You are proficient in Excel and other office tools. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • You are stress resistant and capable of processing large amounts of data in a structured and accurate manner.
  • You have a clear and effective communication style. You speak and write English fluently, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
