How does the application process work at LLBG?

Have you found the perfect vacancy for you? This is what you can expect when you send an application to La Lorraine Bakery Group. The process may differ slightly per job. If so, the recruiter will let you know.

Your application, step by step

Applying

You apply for one of our open vacancies. Our recruiter assesses whether you are eligible for the job. If so, we'll ask you to have a telephone interview with us.

Telephone interview

The recruiter will call you to discuss your application and assess your expectations. If we think you’re a good fit, we'll invite you for a second in-person interview.

In-person interviews

During the interview with HR and the managers, we go deeper into the ins and outs of the job and determine whether you would fit into our team. If we'd like to see you again, you'll have a second interview with the LLBG management.

Proposal

If you're the perfect candidate for the job, we'll prepare an offer and discuss it with you over the phone. You'll receive the offer by email as well, so you can review it at your own pace.

Contract

If you decide to work with us, the recruiter will draft your contact. You'll visit us to sign it and receive all the info you need about your onboarding and first day of work!
