As International Market Research Manager you'll support in research domains when required on B2C/B international research projects on concepts, brands, innovations to support our growth ambitions.

  • Lead and manage comprehensive product testing and evaluations across multiple countries and categories.
  • Integrate the quality dimension of market research within the broader business context to influence decision-making at various levels.
  • Build and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships across the Business Units (BU’s) and manage complexities in decision-making processes.
  • Think strategically, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes, offering clear and impactful recommendations.
  • Support B2C/B international research projects related to concepts, brands, and innovations to fuel our growth ambitions.
  • Represent the consumer’s voice by identifying key consumer and category trends, particularly in the bakery sector, and provide strategic recommendations to support business development.
  • Connect and synthesize insights from various data sources, including 1st and 3rd party data, to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

 

  • Preferably Master / University degree in business oriented applied sciences (marketing, business, finance, analytics …)
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing or Market Research experience in a leading FMCG company or renowned research agency
  • Strong communication skills, ability to be compelling in a short and concise way to senior management and stakeholders
  • Advanced level knowledge of software programs Excel, PowerPoint…
  • Fluent English; written & spoken is mandatory. French or Dutch is a plus
  • Open to travel on an occasional basis (short trips)
