Analytics Engineer - Customer, Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to join our team. The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics and business intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, experience with various data technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management and utilization of our data assets.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), ELT processes to ingest, process, and store data from various sources.
  • Develop and optimize data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and databases, to support analytics and reporting requirements and as well AI / ML requirements.
  • Work with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement data quality checks and data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from diverse sources and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Document data engineering processes, architectures, and systems to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in data engineering, data development, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies such as Apache Spark or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with data integration and transformation tools such as Azure Data Factory and SQL-based ELT processes.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms and their data services (e.g., Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, …).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
